Responsibilities:* Lead APAC initiatives; manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality.* Primary contact for APAC users; deliver application support and incident resolution to SLAs.* Coordinate offshore teams and vendors; design, build, test, and implement solutions.* Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and executable plans.* Ensure governance and information security compliance throughout delivery and support.* Report progress, risks, and dependencies; manage stakeholder alignment and escalations.* APACの案件をリードし、スコープ

【必須スキル】* ITプロジェクトマネジメントの豊富な経験（大規模／多地域プログラムのデリバリー実績）】

* アプリケーションアーキテクチャ、連携、DB、API、クラウド／SaaSの技術的理解】

* Extensive experience in IT project management; proven delivery of large or multi-region programs.* Technical fluency across app architectures, integrations, databases, APIs, and cloud/SaaS.* Hands-on application support: operations, incident/problem management, user support, SLAs.* Vendor/offshore coordination: requirements, delivery, and quality assurance.* Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and plans.* Communication: native-level Japanese; strong business-level English; cross-cultural experience.* Stakeholder management with senior leaders and end users; clear status reporting.* Governance and security: experience operating within corporate frameworks and controls】
