Physical Security Specialist/有名外資系生命保険会社の求人

The Physical Security Specialist is part of the Operational Resilience and Physical Security Team. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and operating Physical Security, Travel Security, and Health & Safety programs for us. This role helps safeguard the business by managing daily security operations, mitigating vulnerabilities identified through incident response, risk assessments, and audits, while also developing training and preparing reports for our Group Operations.



What you’ll be doing

Conduct Physical Security and Health & Safety assessments at each site
Create and update Physical Security and Travel Security documentation
Manage incident response and maintain related statistics
Provide guidance and support to employees as a subject-matter expert
Prepare training materials and follow up on training completion
Monitor the safety and security of business travelers
Participate in group meetings and understanding objectives and action items
Assist in preparing periodic reports for our Group Operations
Develop and implement improvement plans addressing internal audit findings and our Group Operations requirements
Demonstrate your leadership approach when managing projects, activities, or tasks
Domestic travel as required

What you’ll bring

More than three years of hands-on experience in physical security or more than three years of experience in health & safety, with involvement in physical security related work
Experience in physical security management or statistical tracking of industrial accidents and incidents
Strong commitment to developing the skills needed to achieve role expectations
Interviewing, analytical, and problem solving skills
Ability to coordinate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Native-level Japanese and business-level English
