●Business Development group is responsible for generating the new business that drives our consistently outstanding growth. This team brings in net-new business and continuously nurtures and expands existing customer relationships by identifying new service and solution opportunities.
●As a Business Development professional, you‘re responsible for generating sales and driving revenue through prospecting, acquiring, developing, and expanding business leads. You develop long-term customer relationships, promote cross-discipline sales and gather referrals, while working closely with account teams to create strategic plans for new clients and grow business within an account.
●Day-to-day, you will:
Plan and manage sales performance, forecasting, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction Lead and manage customer engagement opportunities from lead generation to deal review, negotiation and closing Maintain proficient understanding of offerings Develop and maintain opportunity pipeline using customer relationship management (CRM) system Support local marketing programs for brand development, market awareness, market positioning and demand generation.
Produce clear and concise assets for digital design while embracing brand, ensuring all work gets delivered on schedule and as expected Forge and execute exciting graphic design ideas and apply visual identity standards Work with account management, sector support and other teams to develop conceptual designs supporting an overall messaging strategy Propose, plan, design, and deliver a full range of high-impact digital collateral, including, but not limited to: infographics, presentations, proposals, electronic publications (interactive PDFs, HTML emails) and web-based content Manage production and delivery of materials by working closely with internal and external resources (other departments, agencies, vendors, etc.) Stay up-to-date with industry trends
‐ For Client: Audit Capture proposals ‐ For Internal Use: Various graphic design work that GAM and C&I would need (Job Transfer from Nerve center) Tips, Annual Review, Playbook Assist the Brand Communications Web Team create and maintain pages for , plus contribute to digital/website-related operational activities
