●Mainly focusing on Business As Usual process for operationally running DIA(Discressionary Investment Advisory) Separate account such as oversight of cash management, settlement, reconciliation, outsourcing provider’s operations, Process-oriented/ repeated tasks in Fund Operations Dep’t, ●Liaisoning related parties to make sure of the structured operational scheme before implementation, as well as dealing with the inquiries from related parties such as trust banks, custodian and sub-managers in mainly DIA Separate accounts. ●Support other teams (Investment Trust team, Investment Support team ) in Fund Operations Japan accordingly.
To handle the day-to-day executions regarding broader aspects of accounting tasks, including but not limited to GL（General Ledger） data entry, accounting reports preparation, financial closing, etc. closely working with local entities’ controllers.
【Major Responsibilities】 ●Provide support to senior team members in finance closing report functions, mainly focusing on the bank branch and trust bunk areas ●Ensure accurate accounting record is maintained and ledger balances are properly substantiated ●Submit Bank financial and regulatory reports ●Provide analytical support to entity controllers for materials of board ●Participate in system (People Soft Finance) enhancement projects and ensure business requirements are met ●Assist entity controllers in audit and regulator’s examination ●Assist entity controllers in tax compliance and timely filing of tax returns ●Maintain operation procedures and update periodically ●Organize documents neatly which required to retain in the office
（1）SUMMARY OF THE JOB’S GENERAL MISSION: 〇The Financial Analyst is in charge of: ・Financial performance monitoring and forecast reporting for the company: the full P&L needs to be forecasted in order to support future strategic decisions of the company. Actual results vs budget are monitored, and potential deviations explained thanks to closed relationships with business. ・Expense control in the company: set up strong reporting process, interact and challenge all business divisions about expense related topics. In a nutshell, the Financial analyst, masters the key financial of the data of the company and participate to making the best decisions making reporting and tools for the company’s Management decisions.
（2）THE FEATURES DIMENSIONS OF THE POSITION: The financial analyst directly reports to the Financial Planning Section Chief with close communication with Finance Department Manager and will have regular interaction with company’s top management, in particular Chief Strategy Officer and Deputy Chief Financial Officer. The financial analyst has a privileged access to a significant amount of strategic information and can leverage this make some proposal to the company’s management.

●Responsible primarily for providing portfolio performance and attribution data for Japanese Equity Investment and Client Reporting teams respectively. Act as a member of the newly created Risk Management department to provide risk management related activities as a whole.
●Responsibilities: □Measure portfolio performance and attribution analysis on Japanese equity products. □Provide performance data for Client Reporting periodically and other teams upon request. □Co-work with Investment Risk in Singapore/Hong Kong. □Data maintenance and conditioning for Client Reporting and Japanese Equity Investment. □Support Japanese Equity Investment providing quantitative analysis and data. □Support and embark on the enterprise risk management activities. □Contribute to develop a framework for comprehensive risk management at Japan office. □Proactively manage and develop relationship with related parties including overseas offices. □Respond promptly and professionally to the requests and queries from stakeholders.
Intends to hire a highly self-motivated Research Analyst to work as a key member of Japan Equities team. The major role of the Research Analyst is to identify the high conviction stocks from the all-cap universe across the sectors and wider market cap spectrum (over USD 100m by market capitalization) with some sector or thematic focuses, and communicate the stock ideas with other equity team members in Tokyo and global offices.. Characteristics of our Japan equity strategy is the bottom-up, high active share and GARP based on the Life-Cycle approach. The responsibility may include the portfolio supports, such as order placement, client reporting and marketing depending on the skills and preference.
The research activities includes: 1. Intensive company visits 2. Writing research notes with 3 year proprietary earnings forecasts and stock ratings mainly in English 3. Participating in the investment meetings conducted locally in Japanese and globally in English 4. Pitching the high conviction stocks in the investment meetings 5. Involving other team members in the company visits and due-diligence activities
The incumbent serve as the day-to-day first-level collateral management service delivery escalation and problem resolution contact and client advocate for the relevant Markets Product/client base consisting of sophisticated and complex products and clients of Markets and for other functional areas, as well as oversee the daily servicing activities of assigned staff work group in order to ensure the attainment of all service requirements in accordance with agreed upon service standards, and Markets’ policies and procedures. ・ Act as the first-level client advocate and coordinator with all Markets and other functional departments and related entities that deliver services to each of the incumbent s assigned clients while also balancing the interests and requirements of the firm ・ Provide his/her gained skill and knowledge to development and act as fist escalation point to more junior Service Delivery members ・ Monitor procedure effectiveness, report deficiencies and recommend enhancement solutions ・ Conduct analyses and research for internal reports as required.
