●Assist in asset management of acquired properties ＊Making payment requests/ Seal requests of relevant document. ＊Collecting PM monthly reports, sending regular reports to Lender/Trustee/Investor, checking interest amounts and payment dates, helping cash management etc. ＊Insurance renewal date collection. ＊Collecting relevant documents regarding asset management ＊Providing support to the events of disposition and refinancing. ＊Review monthly and annual budgets and reporting ＊Track compliance with internal and external (e.g. lender) requirements ＊Monitor property and property manager performance ＊Other support to asset managers as needed ＊Assist in the review and analysis of legal documents and other materials as part of on-going property oversight.
