仕事内容
●Work closely with the Japan sales team to develop and execute the sales strategy, also partnering closely with Client Services and Product Management teams globally;
●Contribute to the development of the sales pipeline, developing a thorough understanding the key drivers and priorities as well as sharing information and ensuring a close alignment to team goals;
●Build and develop key relationships both internally and with the local buy-side customer base, establishing yourself as a ‘go to’ person for Japan customer enquiries and information; educate others and provide presentations / demonstrations as necessary;
●Help cement the firm’s position as a market leader within the Dealer to Client Fixed Income, Derivatives, Credit, Equity e-trading market in Japan. Keeping up to date with market developments and competitor intelligence to maintain competitive

必要スキル
●Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Marketing or equivalent
●At least of 3 years sales experience in the finance industry (Securities Brokers, Banks, Asset Managers, or FInancial Technology Vendors)
●Native level Japanese, business level English
●Class-1 JSDA Sales Representative Qualification
●Good knowledge of and exposure to either Rates, Credit, or Equity products
●Excellent communication and presentation skills
●Proficient with full MS Office suite
●Team player & strong independent worker with ability to take ownership & responsibility.
