We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer in Radio Access Network (RAN) in 4G/5G technology with strong RF planning skills to join our team. Fluency in both English and Japanese is essential for effective communication with our partners and internal teams. Candidate should be able to perform below mentioned responsibilities efficiently.

●Responsibilities
・Responsible as RF Senior engineers with strong RF experience and 4G/5G technology
・Leadership skill and experience in multicultural business environment
・Strong RF Management and communication skills competence
・Having experience on operatory specific tools used like Sympulse, QGIS, Radcom, GHOC etc.
・Implementing baseline parameter, Parameter/Configuration Audit, suggesting parameter changes to improve the KPI’s and counters
・Daily Monitoring, Analysis, Troubleshooting Key KPIs for LTE and Volte
・RF tuning & troubleshooting using Drive test logs analysis for SSVT, Cluster Optimization and Acceptance
・UE trace analysis and parameter recommendations to Improve Major KPI (Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Throughput)
・Parameter/Configuration Audit and changes parameter to improve network performance
・Parameter and feature trail to improve major KPI, traffic balancing, Mass Event Handling
・SON parameter tuning to improve Mobility KPIs and traffic balancing
・Trace analysis
・Coverage and Quality Improvement at Hotspot, Highway, Major stations, and handling VIP complaints

●Mandatory
・Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
・5+ years of experience in Network Engineer in Radio Access Network (RAN) in 4G/5G technology
・Able to communicate clearly and concisely in English.
・Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
