・Lead the end-to-end management of automotive programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
・Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, objectives, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
・Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication to facilitate seamless project execution and alignment with business goals
・Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles to program success, proactively implementing solutions to minimize impact
・Monitor program performance metrics and KPIs, tracking progress and budget. Making data-driven decisions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
・Support business development efforts by contributing to proposal development, client presentations, and relationship management activities

●Mandatory (15+ years of experience)
・Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
・Relevant Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role within the automotive or technology industry, focusing on software products and services
・IVI Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the In-Vehicle Infotainment domain, including knowledge of automotive standards, connectivity technologies, and user interface design principles
・Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
・Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively
・Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, and experience with Agile tools like JIRA or Confluence
・Business level of English and Japanese (JLPT N2)

・Advanced Degree:** Master’s degree in a relevant field
・Market and User Research: Experience conducting market research to understand emerging trends, technologies, and competitive offerings in the IVI domain. Ability to incorporate user feedback and usage data into product development
・Performance Metrics: Experience defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for software systems and using data-driven insights to inform product decisions
・Quality Assurance: Knowledge of quality assurance processes and experience working with QA teams to define testing strategies and address issues
