Job/Group Overview：
The Salesforce team consists of 13 members located in 4 different locations (Tokyo, Mumbai, London, and New York). They possess strong technical and business knowledge, and with the rapid pace of digital transformation and the client hub at the center of our broader client eco-system, we need additional experienced Salesforce developers to effectively manage the delivery of this strategic platform. You are responsible for enhancing Salesforce primarily based on requests from Japan Global Markets (Equities).

Responsibilities：
This role entails implementing regional requirements from Japan Global Markets, using best practices to increase adoption, integrate with various third party platforms and internal platforms to deliver a unified client ecosystem. The role will involve working closely with sales and business managers and in partnership with various teams across all regions and divisions including Sales, Research, Technology, Compliance, Legal and Corporate functions. As such it provides an opportunity to be at the cutting edge of the evolution of the Capital Markets industry and a fantastic platform to network throughout all aspects of Our company.
The role also includes understanding business requirements, implementing them, and providing L2-3 technical support in case of production issues.

Requirements：
Mandatory

・Strong experience and hands on implementing Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
・Strong experience and hands on implementing APEX (Controllers, Triggers, Batches, Queues, Future, SOQL and SOSL)
・Strong experience and hands on Declarative Programming, Reports, Dashboard, Process Builders, Flows and Salesforce Test classes
・Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with 3rd party vendors, API integration, RESTful services
・Big picture commercial thinking, strong written and verbal communication in Japanese and English
・Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC）の開発経験
・APEX (Controllers, Triggers, Batches, Queues, Future, SOQL and SOSL)を用いた開発経験
・宣言型プログラミング、レポート、ダッシュボード、プロセスビルダー、FlowとTest classを用いた開発経験
・他のベンダーシステムとのインテグレーション、APIについての知識
・全体像を考慮しながら、日本語と英語によるコミュニケーションが可能であること

・Knowledge of CRM Analytics and/or Power BI
・Financial Institutions background

・CRM Analytics または Power BIの知識
