[Overall Job Scope]
●Preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
●Collect and analyze the monthly financial information of the Partner companies
●Support IPO readiness project including but not limited to the establishment of policies, processes and controls in FCRP (Financial Closing and Reporting Process)

[Detailed Duties and Responsibilities]
●Preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting of Gojo standalone and consolidated financial statements under JGAAP
●Working closely with the external auditors and IPO consultants to prepare the annual securities report in compliance with the requirements under Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (FIEA).
●Working closely with Gojo’s Finance team, Internal Audit team, other related departments within the organization as well as external IPO consultants to develop, coordinate, and assist the implementation of policies, processes and controls in FCRP (Financial Closing and Reporting Process)
●Other ad-hoc activities and tasks to support other members in Accounting and Finance

Requirements (Skills, experience and education)
●Sharing Gojo’s vision and mission
●English proficiency
●Over 5 years of experience in financial reporting role in a publicly listed company or experience of external audits of such companies in Big4 accounting firm
●Knowledge in financial accounting under JGAAP (IFRS experience is good to have)
●Professionalism, accuracy in work results and high integrity
●Ability to teamwork with various stakeholders
●Ability to work under pressure and highly self-motivated
●Japanese CPA, US CPA, ACCA or other relevant qualification (preferred)
●Experience of preparation of annual securities report under FIEA (preferred)
●Experience in the establishment of J-SOX internal controls (preferred)
●Experience in financial institutions (preferred)
