[Overview]
Looking for a Salesforce Lead Developer to be a part of one of our life insurance customers.

[Job Description]
1 Proficient understanding of Salesforce administration, including Salesforce lightning framework, Salesforce service cloud and Salesforce marketing cloud.
2 Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce and other Salesforce development technologies.
3 Understanding of Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships and fields.
4 Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce and other technologies.
5 Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications.
6 Participate in code reviews to ensure that the best practices for the existing and new Salesforce solutions are implemented.
7 Stay updated with new Salesforce features & functionalities and recommend best practices to enhance the existing Salesforce implementations.

[Required work experience and Skills]
1 Experience in Salesforce product development (3-5 years or more expected)
2 Project management experience (5 or more project sizes, 3 years or more)
3 Japanese ability to interact with Japan customers in business
