・Be a member of the company Japan’s Equity Advisory team to provide analytical and sales support
for winning Equity Advisory mandates (JVs, Recapitalizations, M&A, Funds Placement) the company’s
Equity Advisory team will be a part of APAC team and is responsible for:
- Leading Deal Team at project level for Japan Equity Advisory mandates
- Managing and building client relationships within Japan Capital Markets with a clear focus
on relevant stakeholders for Equity Advisory type of mandates
- Using relationships and sector insights to generate other income opportunities through
cross selling
- Partnering with sector research and strategy leads to provide sector direction for
appropriate market leading outputs/analysis relevant to Equity Advisory
- Monitoring and analyzing public real estate companies in Japan (REIT / others) to
generate ideas ・Recognize trend and changing market conditions to enable our clients
to adapt their strategies to changing environments and capitalize on opportunity
- Contributing to the company thought leadership, with presentation to clients, industry forums and
events in Japan
