It is a leadership position that involves overseeing the data engineering function within an organization. The role is responsible for managing a team of data engineers and driving the strategic direction of data engineering initiatives. It encompasses a combination of technical expertise, managerial skills, and strategic decision-making.

15+ years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on BW/4HANA and SAC.
Lead end-to-end project delivery for SAP BW/4HANA and SAC implementations and enhancements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Ensure data models, reports, and dashboards meet performance and usability standards.
Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
Monitor project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and data governance standards.
Support user training, documentation, and change management activities.
Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and SAP analytics architecture.
Proven experience managing full lifecycle SAP analytics projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Knowledge with SAP S/4HANA integration.
Knowledge of SAP Data Intelligence or SAP Datasphere.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
Experience working with global teams and multi-region deployments
