This role is responsible for the comprehensive operational management of the data centre, ensuring
high availability, regulatory compliance, tenant satisfaction, and seamless coordination across all
building and facility operations. This role oversees This role will oversee day-to-day incident
governance, vendor performance, maintenance planning, and regulatory reporting, while acting as a
primary operational leader supporting strategic and tactical execution at the site.

Responsibilities
Data Centre Operations
Lead incident, problem, and change management processes, including ticketing system
governance.
Maintain and review EOP/MOP/SOP documentation.
Oversee monthly reporting and operational updates to AM companies.
Manage tenant communication, audits, inquiries, and monthly meetings.
Ensure 24/7/365 emergency response readiness.
Support ISMS 27001 operational compliance.
Generate KPI and SLA reports
Facility & Vendor Management
Manage maintenance vendors, contracts, and performance.
Oversee vendor invoices and monthly maintenance cost reporting.
Lead LCC long-term repair planning and annual operations budgeting.
Ensure maintenance schedules are drafted, executed, and monitored.
Coordinate corrective works with general contractors and subcontractors.
Regulatory & Stakeholder Management
Handle government submissions (e.g., fire department applications).
Manage neighbourhood relations and community communications.
Oversee tenant design audit responses.
Lead Tokyo Metropolitan energy-related reporting and compliance.

Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field).
8+ years of experience in data centre operations or critical infrastructure, with at least 3 years
in a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, IT infrastructure, and operational best practices.
Familiarity with DCIM tools, BMS systems, and energy efficiency frameworks.
