Your Impact: (Key responsibilities):
Provide leadership and guidance to the team, offering assistance, advice, and feedback, focusing on
motivating and developing each team member
Ensure timely and accurate production and delivery of client reports for Institutional, Pension, Retail
and Affiliate clients
Drive client reporting optimization initiatives, including standardization and automation
Understand each client’s characteristics and the products they are investing in
Collaborate with other teams, including Performance and Data Management, Operations, Sales,
Investment, Technology, and Product
Work closely with Reporting and Performance Attribution teams in the U.S. to resolve issues and
enhance controls and quality
Coordinate with external parties such as trust banks, global custodians, fund administrators, and
system vendors
Streamline data usage and leverage tools such as Excel formulas, VBA macros, MS Query
Coordinate new account onboarding activities and ensure smooth reporting setup
Participate in cross-department projects as needed

Your Required Skills:
8 years of experience in financial industry. At least 2 years of experience at the Associate level or
minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of asset management reporting and operations, with familiarity in performance
measurements and risk concepts
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (advanced formulas), Word, and PowerPoint
Strong motivation for learning and a quick self-learner with intellectual curiosity
Robust problem-solving skills with logical analysis and ability to collaborate across the teams in Japan
and offshore
Passion to build efficiencies and suggest improvements of existing processes
Ability to multi-task / juggle multiple assignments and execute on deliverables
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification

Skills / experience in large data handling with automation tools such as VBA macros, MS query or BI
tools such as Power BI and Tableau
