日本における自動車領域のプラクティス・ヘッドに直接レポートとなるポジションです。クライアント先にてオンサイトリードとして勤務し、顧客とのコミュニケーション、ステークホルダーとの合意形成を踏まえたプロジェクトスケジュールの策定、進捗状況の監視および顧客への報告を担当いたします。また、スケジュール遅延が発生しないよう、望ましい品質を確保するためにオフショアチームとの調整も行います。

ミッション
オートモーティブ・シート・デザイン・エンジニアとして、クライアント先におけるオンサイトリードを担い、革新的で高品質な自動車シートの設計・開発を主導します。ジャパン・オートモーティブ・プラクティス・ヘッドに直接報告しつつ、クライアントとの緊密なコミュニケーションを通じてプロジェクト要件を明確化し、効率的なプロジェクト管理を実施します。
CATIA V5／NXを用いたサーフェシング、3Dモデリング、詳細設計、アセンブリなどの高度な技術スキルを活かし、パッケージング検討、レイアウト検討、レギュレーション調査を含む包括的な設計プロセスをリードします。また、オフショアチームとの連携を最適化することで、スケジュール遅延を防ぎつつ、期待される品質を確実に達成します。

本ポジションでは、自動車シート設計の最前線で技術力を磨くとともに、国際的なプロジェクトマネジメントスキルを向上させ、快適性と安全性を兼ね備えた次世代モビリティの実現に貢献することができます。

●職務詳細
オートモーティブ・シーティングの設計と開発を支援する
クライアントと協力して、プロジェクトの要件、範囲、目的を特定し定義する
プロジェクトのスケジュール、リソース、設備、情報を調整する
顧客の要件を満たし、締切日内にタスクを完了するために、間違いなくコミュニケーションを保つ
参加者すべてにプロジェクトの状況を伝えるための連絡先としての役割を担う
包括的なプロジェクトドキュメント、計画、レポートを作成し、保守する
標準と要件を満たすために品質レビューを実施する
CATIA V5/NX - サーフィング、3D モデリング、詳細化、アセンブリ
パッケージング研究、レイアウト研究、レギュレーション研究を行う（周辺部品を含む）

Design SAP PaPM solutions for retail profitability, allocations, and cost to serve analysis
Support profitability by store, channel, product, and customer
Build scalable PaPM models including functions, environments, and versions
Source data from S/4HANA Finance/CO and analytics platforms such as Datasphere or BW
Define governance standards for transparency, controls, and operational scheduling
Lead fit to standard workshops with Finance stakeholders
Drive design, build, test, hypercare, and operational handover

Support governance of Finance master data including G/L, cost centers, profit centers, and internal orders
Configure MDG workflows and validations to meet audit, compliance, and SoD requirements
Partner with Finance stakeholders on data standards, naming conventions, and ownership
Support Finance UAT, sign offs, and change adoption
Assist with migration preparation, reconciliation, and cutover readiness
Manage data issues across SIT, UAT, and hypercare
Produce functional documentation and training content

Support governance of Business Partner master data (customer, vendor, franchise)
Understand business policies and align BP governance controls accordingly
Configure and support MDG change request workflows, validations, and approvals
Coordinate data cleansing, enrichment, and cutover activities with business owners
Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and hypercare
Collaborate with integration and technical teams on issue resolution
Prepare functional documentation and training materials

Define MDG target architecture and governance operating model for retail master data
Cover key domains including Business Partner, Article, Site, and Finance master data
Design governance workflows, validations, approvals, and role models
Lead integration and replication strategy across S/4HANA and retail systems
Drive data quality, cleansing, harmonization, and migration readiness
Ensure auditability, traceability, and compliance by design
Provide solution leadership across design, build, test, and handover

Design and implement SAP Datasphere architecture integrating SAP and non SAP data sources
Define spaces, connectivity, federation, and replication patterns
Build a governed semantic layer and reusable data products for analytics and SAC
Establish standards for modeling, naming, security, lineage, and monitoring
Optimize platform performance and scalability for enterprise reporting
Lead build, test, cutover, and go live activities
Ensure operational handover with documentation and knowledge transfer

Design and deliver SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning solutions for retail finance and operations
Translate business planning needs into SAC models, stories, and input templates
Ensure consistent KPI definitions and intuitive, user friendly planning experiences
Configure SAC planning processes including versions, calendars, workflows, and data actions
Support budgeting, forecasting, merchandise, and store level planning use cases
Partner with data teams on data readiness, refresh cycles, and access controls
Support UAT, training, hypercare, and continuous improvement

Define target data and AI architecture aligned to retail business priorities and analytics use cases
Design enterprise integration, data modeling, and semantic layer patterns across SAP and non SAP sources
Establish governance for data quality, lineage, access control, privacy, and compliance
Shape AI/ML enablement including use case intake, model lifecycle, and MLOps
Leverage SAP BTP and/or hyperscaler platforms for scalable AI solutions
Design for complex retail ecosystems including POS, OMS, eCommerce, and SAP CAR
Provide architectural guidance across design, build, test, and deployment

Act as a retail process SME translating business needs into S/4HANA Retail requirements
Lead fit to standard workshops across merchandising, pricing, promotions, replenishment, and store operations
Document to be processes, functional gaps, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Define KPI definitions and reporting needs aligned with Data, MDG, and Finance impacts
Prepare functional deliverables including process flows, requirements, test scripts, and training materials
Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and business change adoption
Strong stakeholder communication; JP/EN workshop facilitation preferred

Lead end to end delivery of the Data & Analytics workstream within large retail transformation programs
Align analytics scope, priorities, and milestones to merchandising, supply chain, store operations, and finance outcomes
Drive governance across business, system integrators, and vendors, managing risks, dependencies, and decisions
Facilitate workshops to define enterprise KPIs, reporting requirements, and fit to standard solutions
Ensure data readiness through validation, reconciliation, and sign off across SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare
Act as the primary bridge between business and technical teams
Strong stakeholder management with JP/EN communication across onshore and offshore teams
