●Business Development group is responsible for generating the new business that drives our consistently outstanding growth. This team brings in net-new business and continuously nurtures and expands existing customer relationships by identifying new service and solution opportunities.
●As a Business Development professional, you‘re responsible for generating sales and driving revenue through prospecting, acquiring, developing, and expanding business leads. You develop long-term customer relationships, promote cross-discipline sales and gather referrals, while working closely with account teams to create strategic plans for new clients and grow business within an account.
●Day-to-day, you will:
Plan and manage sales performance, forecasting, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction Lead and manage customer engagement opportunities from lead generation to deal review, negotiation and closing Maintain proficient understanding of offerings Develop and maintain opportunity pipeline using customer relationship management (CRM) system Support local marketing programs for brand development, market awareness, market positioning and demand generation.

＜Position Summary＞ ●Play a key role mainly in financial planning & analysis, and accounting for Infrastructure Fund and Asset Management company. ●Also play a key role in general administration works and corporate secretary works for Infrastructure Fund and Asset Management company.

＜Responsibilities＞ ●Processing payment transactions, monitoring cash flow, and managing bank accounts for Infra Fund and asset management company. ●To assist CFO by preparing information package to get bank finance for Infra Fund and asset management company/ and ●Day-to-day correspondence and reporting to banks and managements of asset management’s parent company

As a Cloud System Engineer/Architect you will apply functional knowledge and technical expertise in the Microsoft cloud offerings and promote innovative solutions to our customer’s. You will develop relationships with key customer stakeholders to help them achieve their business goals.
You will be involved with the following: Designing and deploying enterprise-wide, complex cloud infrastructure solutions. Office365 (O365) enterprise migrations. Leading technical discussions with senior customer executives that drive decisions and implementation. Reviewing and managing technical requirements and business functional requirements for establishing new could platforms. Designing architecture with Microsoft Azure that meets customer’s technical, security, and business needs for apps/workloads. Executing technical feasibility for moving workloads to Azure. Traveling to customer sites as needed.
＜Role＞ As a Cloud Developer, you will design and develop cloud based solutions to address our clients’ needs for Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service, and Software-as-a-Service solutions using the Microsoft platform.
Day-to-Day, you will: Participate in the assessment of the customer environment and requirements Create technical specifications based on functional requirements Analyze, design, build and test cloud based solutions Identify and escalate problems or risks Manage scope and requirements changes.
●To provide accurate and timely financial reporting for fund Special Purpose Company (SPC) that invests in Japan real estate ●To provide SPC with cash management, bank accounts maintenance, and coordinate legal and tax compliance matters ●Prepare and maintain monthly J-GAAP accounting records for deals in charge ●Operate, monitor and reconcile SPCs bank accounts and effect and monitor cash payments and receipts ●Provide quarterly and annual financial reporting to Singapore team or overseas investors ●Provide support to Singapore team, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, and Acquisition team in various phases such as SPC incorporation, deal acquisition, refinancing, disposition, liquidation ●Provide support to the annual external and internal audits and tax reviews ●Coordinate with tax / legal counsel to prepare for SPC statutory documents
