●Design and drive marketing communication
・ A wide range of marketing initiatives from planning of media initiatives such as physical and digital ads, videos, and social media to collaborative promotions with various business entity within Company’s Group, as well as our distributors to develop and execute communication strategies.
・Maintain a holistic view of synergy across Group, planning and executing marketing initiatives.
・Relationship management with online distributors
・Propose products and execute joint promotional campaign through means of video and seminar.

●Responsibilities
・Building our brand and marketing strategy with the most advanced marketing capability in Company’s Group
・Online and offline seminar planning and execution
・Video planning and production
・Advertisement planning and effectiveness measurement
・Creative design and production
・Utilise digital solutions for project management and marketing-related software such as
Salesforce, Account Engagement and other marketing software.
・Relationship manager for online distributors
・Sales and marketing of mutual funds (online exclusive) products through online channels
・On-the-job training will be provided for the above operations.

●Our graduate programmes offer a unique opportunity to develop a comprehensive view of the
asset management industry from marketing and sales to investment, through a series of
rotations. Graduate trainees experience rotations in a number of functional areas over a period
of 18 months, enabling them to develop first-hand knowledge and familiarise themselves with
our investment teams and our products. The rotation will most likely include international
rotation subject to the candidate`s English fluency. They gain exposure to a wide range of
experts within the firm and form part of international graduate network.
They also have the opportunity to develop their soft skills through individually tailored training
programmes, helping them to deepen their personal branding and communication skills.
