今回のポジションでは、新プロダクト開発 (01)、既存プロダクトグロース開発 (1-10) におけるバックエンド開発をお任せいたします。 「現状の組織では、従来ベンダーコントロールを中心に対応していたエンジニアが中心となっており、技術面でCTOの右腕となる人材が不足している状況のため、CTOの近くで実際に手を動かしながらバックエンド開発を中心に向き合っていただけるバックエンドエンジニアを募集しています。 バックエンドだけでなく、フロントエンド/インプラ (クラウド）領域など、フルスタックエンジニアとして活躍いただくことも可能です。

●具体的な業務
・Javaを用いたバックエンド開発
・WebアプリケーションやWeb APIの設計、開発、運用、自動テスト
・プロダクトを圧倒的に使いやすくするための改善、運用
・利用顧客やメンバーへのヒアリングを通した問題発見
・コードレビューを通じたチームメンバーへの技術的なフォローおよび育成

新規事業開発を狙う組織にて、新規プロダクト開発(0-1)、既存プロダクトグロース開発 (1-10) を技術面で牽引するテックリードをお任せいたします。
現状の組織では、従来ペンダーコントロールを中心に対応していたエンジニアが中心となっており、技術面でCTOの右腕となる人材が不足している状況のため、CTOと二人三脚でプロダクト開発に向き合っていただける1人目のデックリードを募集しています。

・Be a member of the company Japan’s Equity Advisory team to provide analytical and sales support
for winning Equity Advisory mandates (JVs, Recapitalizations, M&A, Funds Placement) the company’s
Equity Advisory team will be a part of APAC team and is responsible for:
- Leading Deal Team at project level for Japan Equity Advisory mandates
- Managing and building client relationships within Japan Capital Markets with a clear focus

ミッションは、 「LLMをはじめとする基盤モデルの検証や評価、ビジネス課題への応用、ノウハウの共有」 を通じて、当社全体の生成AI活用を底上げすることです。具体的には下記のような業務を想定しています。

1.課題抽出・要件定義
・生成AI推進ステアリングコミッティと協力し、当社全体で取り組むべき課題を網羅的に洗い出し
・各事業が抱えるデータやユースケースをヒアリングし、優先度・費用対効果・実現性を総合的に判断して取り組みの対象を選定
2.LLMの検証・評価
・OpenAI、Anthropic Claude、Google Gemini (Vertex AI) などのLLMを調査し、性能・コスト・利用制約などの観点から比較・評価
・社内事業で実際に利用する上でのリスクや導入効果を分析し、レポートやガイドラインを作成
3.事後学習の可能性調査（fine-tuning / prompt-tuning等）
・エンタープライズ向けLLMのファインチューニングや、RAG（Retrieval-Augmented Generation）構成などを試し、精度向上やコスト削減の余地を検証
・事業チームが持つドメインデータを活用し、最適な学習戦略を立案・検討
4.PoCサポート・アプリケーション開発支援
・各事業チームのPoC（Proof of Concept）立ち上げを技術的に支援
・必要に応じてプロンプトエンジニアリングやAPI連携部分の実装をサポートし、PoCを短期で回せる環境を提供
・モデル評価指標の設計やテストデザインなど、データサイエンス観点でのアドバイスを行う
5.社内ナレッジ共有・教育
・チーム内外でLLMに関する最新の動向や実践知を継続的に発信

CTO直下のGenerative AI Labチームにソフトウェアエンジニアとして所属し、各事業及び経営基盤の業務における生成AI応用のイネーブリングを行います。

●仕事の進め方
プロジェクトに携わる前の段階で、20ある事業を横断し、生成AIで解くべき課題を探します。以下のようなプロセスで課題を網羅的に探索しています。

・当社の生成AI推進ステアリングコミッティと連携し、全社として取り組むべき課題を探索します
・その中でコスト・期間・実現性等様々な要素を加味し、Generative AI Labで支援すべき課題を特定します

プロジェクトまたはプロダクトに関わる際には、以下のようなプロセスで携わります。

・ヒアリング・要求分析: 優先度の高まった事業のチームにヒアリングします。何をやりたいのか。なぜ今なのか。現在または未来に保有するどのようなデータをもとに、可能性を広げたいのか。何を期待しているのか等をききつつ、問題の解像度を高める
・何をどのように進めるのかを決める。どのような方法で、課題を解くのが効果的かつ効率的なのかを考え、事業メンバーと共に決定する。提供方法はサーベイの支援、PoCの実装、プロダクトへの組み込み等、1つの方法によらず様々なアプローチが候補になる
・実装する。実際につくり、手触り感を確かめながら、事業メンバーからフィードバックをもらい、段階的にソリューション・プロダクト・アプリケーションを具現化する。最新のLLM・サービスを性能面・コスト面から比較検討しつつ、ニーズにあったツールを選択する。RAG・セマンティック検索等、必要に応じて実装パターンを検討し、組み込む。プロダクトへの組み込みにあたっては、セキュリティ・データメンテナンスの容易さ・開発生産性・再現性など様々な側面からエンジニアとして総合的に判断し、ツールを選定する
・継続して改善する。プロダクトのバックグラウンドとなる、Web開発技術・生成AI技術関連のツールセットや開発手法について、継続して投資し、良いプラクティスを探索する。CI/CD、LLM-as-a-judge、LLM自体のモニタリング、ソフトウェア自体のオブザーバビリティの向上など、システムを継続して利用する上でのツール及び運用改善に取り組む

今回の募集職種では医療DXを促進し患者満足度の向上を実現する「デジスマ診療」のさらなる拡大のため、大規模クリニック・病院向けのデジスマ事業開発に取り組んで頂きます。

大規模クリニック・病院では、患者の待ち時間が長いなど、長年に亘って解決できていない問題が多々ありますが、これは大規模組織構造の複雑さや、予算の制約、人的リソースの希薄さを起因としており、組織単体での解決は極めて困難な状況です。

新規事業開発担当は、課題解決に向けたサービス・機能の企画に加え、実装したサービス・機能の検証や、マーケティングチームと連携したリード創出、提案（運用）内容開発、受注後の顧客オンボーディング内容の設計、CTO/PdMチームへの顧客フィードバックの伝達など、事業の上流から下流における各重要工程に携わり、影響力を発揮して頂けます。

プロジェクト進捗のモニタリングと報告、予算管理等を行い、各プロジェクトの成果を評価し、改善策の提案などを行います。

The EUC support engineer provides support in troubleshooting and supporting Windows and Mac operating systems, authorized applications and peripherals enabling the end-users to perform their functions. Where there is a need, this engineer may be asked to provide support to colleagues and other onsite services, such as deployments, equipment pick-ups, move support, and other projects.
You will be part of a diverse team of industry experts creating innovative and sustainable solutions to support our clients with the digital transformation of their business.

●Essential Functions and Duties:
・ Demonstrate basic knowledge across operating systems, applications, and technologies
・ Be able to work autonomously
・ Understand the responsibility of your employer, while working under the direct operational direction of the client
・ Advanced troubleshooting skills

・ Provides ongoing support of the standard hardware/software needs of the Cast Member
・ Work requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgement to investigate and resolve problems or situations

・ Service delivery tool experience (ServiceNow experience a plus)
・ Ticket management. Accept, manage, update, and close out tickets within guidelines
