●Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who will sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of our offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

Your primary responsibilities include:
・Participate in and lead development projects using HR cloud solutions such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Cornerstone, Company, etc. This includes activities such as planning, requirement definition, design, development, implementation, post-implementation operational support, and BPO support.
・Contribute to the creation of a global standardization promotion system and roadmap, provide support for product selection, and facilitate the fit-gap analysis between the client’s business and the application. This also includes providing localization support in each country using our in-house knowledge.
・Project sizes may vary from small and short-term to large and long-term, depending on the specific project. The project work may require travel abroad, and the composition of project teams and countries involved will depend on the scope and area of the project.

We are seeking L1 support agents with basic IT skills and strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, at a fluent level in Japanese and business level in English. Selected agents will be trained to meet client expectations, including environment, processes, and IT and business knowledge, during the mandatory onboarding training.

Lead the validation of the feasibility of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) as a solution for business transformation, from new business design and execution plan development to the transfer of outsourced business operations and implementation of technology solutions.You will support the formulation of strategies in the areas of organizational transformation and human capital management, and the realization of those strategies. You will be required to support the realization of corporate growth strategies as a ""change agent"" who can promote corporate change from a human resource perspective using the latest technology.
Formulate human resource strategies, design human resource development concepts, skill systems and content, formulate talent management concepts, formulate, and implement concepts to improve engagement and experience, and realize the advancement of human resource operations using AI.
Lead organizational transformation for DX and HR transformation across the group and globally.
