Electrical design for small/large-scale PV power stations, including equipment selection, cabling, grid connection design, application and negotiation with utilities, project testing/inspections complying with regulations and industry standards
・Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects ・Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget ・Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility ・Develop a detailed project plan ・Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs ・Measure project performance ・Report and escalate to management as needed ・Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders ・Perform risk management to minimize project risks ・Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors ・Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
1) Team Leader of sitemanagement team (regional responsibility - central Japan: Tokyo Okayama) 2) In required cases, also manage and supervise one large construction site and original contractors for construction projects of solar (and wind) power plants that Us Energy constructs in various parts of the country.
・As it involves the management and supervision of overall construction works of power plants in various parts of Japan, the scale of the work is large and is rewarding.
