職務内容：
ビジネスステークホルダーと連携して要件を収集し、ビジネスコンテキストを理解し、データ駆動型ソリューションを導出します。
データ分析イニシアチブを計画、実行、高品質の分析ソリューションの提供においてリードし監督します。
データプラットフォームチームや他のITチームと緊密に協力し、依存関係を特定し、開発プロセスの円滑な進行を確保するためのブロッカーを解消します。
ビジネス目標と整合する機械学習モデルおよび分析プロジェクトを開発、展開し、管理します。
CI/CD、MLOps、Azureや同様のクラウドプラットフォーム、DevOpsを利用して開発および展開プロセスを効率化します。
SQL、Python、Pandas、PySpark、AzureML、PowerBIを用いてデータモデルと分析を開発・実装する実践的な専門知識を活用します。

Job Description
Business System Analyst (BSA) is the role that collect, document and manage business requirements. BSAs act as a primary liaison between business users and AD project team, manage user expectations, changes to requirements and project scope.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements, create proper data solutions that meets functional and non-functional requirements
- Participate in the design of data architecture, data structure, data modeling, data transformation, storage, security model of data platform (both Hadoop and Azure Data platform)
- Create conceptual data model, logical data model, physical data models. Perform data profiling and system analysis to validate the data models.
- Guide System Analysts, Engineers, Programmers and others on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces
- Discover metadata of the source database and analyze existing business systems, including value patterns and distributions, key candidates, foreign-key candidates, data flows, and functional dependencies
- Interfaces with internal/external teams and functions to provide business solutions to meet business requirements
- Manager user expectations and requirements scope
- Lead requirements elicitation and definition
- Provide estimates for work efforts on projects and ongoing forecasting
- Manage working relationships with business and IT to ensure that the solutions are developed, managed and completed on schedule.
- Contribute to user guides, reference manuals, training materials, and code release artifacts as appropriate
- Perform validation and verification of data model.
- Maintain Data Quality and Integrity.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required

BSA Lead is a role that leads a team of BSAs and other relevant resources, and manage the deliverables, resources, quality, methodology, standards, tools, etc. of the BSA team. BSA (Business System Analyst) team elicit, document and manage business requirements. BSAs act as a primary liaison between business users and AD project team, manage user expectations, changes to requirements and project scope.



Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements, create proper data solutions that meets functional and non-functional requirements
Participate in the design of data architecture, data structure, data modeling, data transformation, storage, security model of data platform (both Hadoop and Azure Data platform)
Guide System Analysts, Engineers, Programmers and others on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces
Discover metadata of the source database and analyze existing business systems, including value patterns and distributions, key candidates, foreign-key candidates, data flows, and functional dependencies
Interfaces with internal/external teams and functions to provide business solutions to meet business requirements
Manage and control quality of BSA deliverables
Define the methodology, project plan, resource demands, budget estimation for data solutions.
Manages working relationships with business and IT to ensure that the solutions are developed, managed and completed on schedule.
Coordinates technical studies and evaluation of business needs and technological alternatives with both IT and business managers
Provides oversight of audits and other compliance requests
Directs, motivates and develops project staff.
Identifies and addresses training and development needs of BSA teams
Performs other duties as assigned or required
