仕事内容 関連各部と協働にて、ファンド運営に係るオペレーション体制(事務、レポーティング、法令対応、IT)の構築のプロジェクトマネジメント
As a key member of the Asia Pacific(AP) Investment Management Team, the individual will lead development and implementation of the fund operations platform in support of the AP investment anagement strategy.
The initial focus (the “Build Phase”) will include the following:
●Lead cross-functional project team (acquisition, asset management, finance, tax, marketing, Legal, IT, GSI, HR, etc) to define, implement, and document new asset management and finance operating processes and systems required to meet investor/regulatory/management needs
●Assess current infrastructure/organization gaps and develop solution recommendations to meet regulatory/compliance/statutory requirements
●Assess cost-benefit of outsourcing opportunities vs in-sourcing of fund operations
●Work closely with Finance and Asset Management Team to develop standard fund financial statements and property performance reports
●Work closely with IT Team to integrate the required systems for fund operation.
●Work closely with the Global Operation Team in US and Europe to align the standard, identify gaps resulted from the structural or regulatory needs.
●Coordinate and review progress with global real estate subject matter experts.
●Manage projects and tasks to ensure resources are available to produce the planned deliverables on time and within approved budget
The responsibility during the “Client Service Phase” will be as follows:
●Work with IM COO to define performance standard, monitor the operation performance.
●Support Fund Manager and Investor Relations Team to ensure the quality of customer facing operations, such as investor reports, client communication.
●Identify process improvement needs derived from the client requests and drive to timely resolutions.
●Work with IM COO and the entire Asia IM Team to deploy operation for the future funds if any.
必要スキル ●Fluency in English and Japanese
●BA/BS in real estate, finance or equivalent
●Minimum 3-5 yrs of fund operations, asset management and/or finance experience
●Strong project management leadership skills or acquisition integration experience required
●Strong relationship management and influencing skills at all levels
●Excellent verbal and written communication skills
●Experience with Oracle Financials, Hyperion, Dyna, and/or Atlas required
●Ability to have strategic high level view as well as to willingly take the work on the tactical execution
●Ability to think clear, creative and flexibly, while act decisively, motivate, develop, inspire and empower others
●Ability to facilitate and develop consensus with various cross-functional stakeholders
●Ability to present, absorb, and implement complex ideas effectively
●Practical approach to problem solving
●Ability to take ownership of issues and drive timely resolutions
●Proactive, exemplary team player in sharing ideas and knowledge and working cross functionally
