As a Business Associate, you will work on the development of the business model within our team. You will conduct market research, analyze data and create strategic plans as related to all business and product development activities.

Conduct desktop and market research to build the business model
Perform analysis to support creation of novel business models and facilitate decision making
Work with software developers to define innovative features for product and service design
Manage vendors (e.g., market research agencies, creative design agencies) to ensure quality and timely delivery

・2〜3年程度の事業開発経験
・事業会社及び戦略コンサルティングファーム、金融インダストリー、e-commerce経験のある方
・英語力必須
・ＭＢＡホルダーの方歓迎

Bachelor’s degree with an outstanding academic record from a reputable university (preferably a 1st class/GPA3.5+ or equivalent degree)
Proficiency in English and Japanese, working experience in Japan and familiarity in Japanese culture
Master’s (especially MBA) or higher level degree strongly preferred
At least 2 years of professional experience in a management consulting, marketing or business development role
Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of management
Previous experience in a start-up environment, product development, and/or market research would be a strong plus
Previous experience working with software developers in defining system requirements a nice to have
Previous investment or financial services industry experience in Japan also a positive
