＜全般的な職務範囲＞
● 単体および連結ベースでの月次、四半期、年次財務報告の作成及び監査対応
● IPO 準備（IPO 申請書類策定、IPO 審査対応など）
● 新規買収企業のバリュエーション、PPA、及び合併後の PMI
● J-SOX 導入（五常ホールディングスおよびグループ会社）
● そのほか、日々の財務・経理業務の管理
＜主な職務と責任＞
実際の職務と責任は、経験及び本人の希望に応じて変動する可能性があります。
1. 財務報告、及び IPO 関連業務
● 当社単体の月次、四半期、年次財務報告の作成、および連結財務諸表の作成（グループ会社は全て IFRS 適用）。
● グループ会社及び外部監査人と緊密に連携しながら、有価証券報告書、四半期報告書を作成。
● グループ会社が IFRS に基づく財務報告を可能にするためのサポート及び体制構築（子会社の決算早期化を含む）
● 新規買収企業のバリュエーション、PPA、及び合併後の PMI
● J-SOX 導入（ホールディングスおよびグループ会社）
● 助成金報告のサポート
2. 経理、及びその他業務
● ベンダーや従業員からの経費精算レビュー
● 当社単体及びシンガポール子会社の経理業務
● グループ会社に対する請求書の発行と会社間調整。
● 送金業務および銀行関連業務の管理。
● 税務申告と納税。
● 予算分析、プロジェクト採算管理などに必要な情報を提供するため、他部門と協力。
● その他アドホック業務

＜Overall Job Scope＞
1. Financial Planning and Analysis
a. Support preparation of annual budget and mid-term business planning of
Group companies, we and group-wide consolidated financials
b. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights and
recommendations on budget performance, revenue and expense trends,
cost optimization opportunities, and overall financial health.
c. Monitor and evaluate actual financial results against budgeted targets,
identify variances, and communicate findings to management, highlighting
potential risks and opportunities.
2. Business Planning and Strategy:
a. Drive the preparation of mid-to-long term business plans, including financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and scenario analyses, to support strategic decision-making at us and group companies.
b. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential risks.
c. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives and provide financial insights to support their implementation.
d. Evaluate investment proposals and perform financial feasibility assessments for potential business acquisitions or ventures.
e. Support analytics related to branch/loan officer productivity, unit economics and portfolio quality of Group companies and our led tech/operations initiatives
3. Performance Management:
a. Develop and implement performance management frameworks to assess and monitor the financial and operational performance of us and group companies.
b. Design and generate financial reports, dashboards, and key metrics to track performance against targets and present findings to senior management and the board of directors.
c. Provide guidance and support to Finance and Management teams in understanding financial reports, interpreting data, and implementing corrective actions where necessary .
d. Conduct regular reviews and analysis of financial and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
