●This role is for TMG/Client Service team of the compnay in Japan. It operates a business providing Trust and Agency services primarily for structured finance transactions. In addition to administrative abilities, the role requires highly communication skills with clients.
Position Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilitites:
Administrative work for trusted products as followings: monitoring trusted assets as described in the agreements
handling with cash flow
observing Japanese regulated trust laws
Communications with investors and other participants in the structure, in order to maintain the trust function, sometimes including getting approvals from interest beneficiaries (investors) Documentation work of new and existing transaction including getting internal approvals Periodical due diligence of trust assets and outsourced parties from the company, People Management:

●Conduct PMI (Post Merger Integration) operation for successful transaction. ●Project management for integration operation, PMO(Project Management Office) ( Development of integration plan, management of status, tasks and issues) ●Development of business plan post integration, synergy planning, monitoring ●Development of organization, governance structure( structure of executives, meeting structure, approving authorities) ●Integration of accounting (accounting standards, processes including closing, management accounting) ●Integration of operational processes and IT system ●Integration of HR systems ( grading, remuneration and evaluation) and employment conditions ●Development and supporting operations of communication plan for stakeholders and employees
●Define the objective and scope of strategy engagements and client deliverables in consultation with Directors. ●Lead teams in the execution and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. ●Manage, develop, and mentor junior team members at the Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Analyst levels. ●Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Assist in defining the objective and scope of strategy engagements and client deliverables in consultation with the Directors and Assistant Directors Manage workstreams/projects from initial data collection and analysis to creating final client deliverables. Effectively manage and motivate workstreams and teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
●Provide continuous,distinctive support to clients to ensure they achieve and sustain the full benefits of recommended changes. Implementation consultants are involved from strategy through execution with a disciplined eye on impact and sustainability at every stage of the project life-cycle. ●Help clients build capabilities in delivery and execution, both during an active project and continuing after consultants have shared recommendations. ●Have opportunities to manage projects and progress with minimal supervision,including trackong metrics,handling complex analyses, and preparing communications to report back to clients and internal leadership. ●Able to gain powerful experience across a number of industry sectors(including automotive,banking,aerospace,chemicals,consumer goods,financial services, healthcare,high tech,energy,pharma,retail,telecommunication etc) and deliver sustainable change that incorporates the company’s latest thinking.
