仕事内容
<PLACEMENT AND SELECTION>
●Review client’s manpower requisition (Contractual and Permanent)
●Source for the most suitable candidates
-From database (XRM)
-Job portals (e.g. Oil & Gas Job search, Monster, etc.)
-Networks and Headhunting
-Referrals and References
●Conducts CV assessment to ensure quality candidates (Job Matching).
●Contact candidates (Conduct quick assessment - verifying candidate’s right fit), check availability, location, salary expectation and other relevant information for the job.
●Prepare Candidate’s professional write ups and propose to Client for further assessment
●Arrange client’s interview (face-to-face or by phone)
●Conducts Job offer for every selected candidate
<XRM ACITIVITIES>
●Post all received job requisition from clients in XRM
●Publication post all jobs orders in corporate website and other relevant job portals
●Update all necessary info e.g. status, issue, news, projects, etc. of clients and contractors in XRM Activities.
●Source, Match and Create placement of candidates for client’s job requirement.
●Update Database management on any XRM related issues
<SITE VISIT>
●Set appointment with clients, discussing issues, concerns and future manpower requirements/projects.
●Visit contractors from time-to-time and attend to their issues and concerns.
●Performs Business Development from time to time
<SALES>
●Source own clients every month (as per agreed targets)
●Generate gold list candidates to be used for reverse marketing.
●Set Client meeting every week and secure job vacancies.
●Set off weekly planned sales blocks (Clients and Contractors/Candidate) to generate job requirements and project leads/contacts.
