仕事内容

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing the following:
*Review marketing materials including RFP’s in both English and Japanese.
*Draft and review contracts and agreements - I.e., trust deeds, investment management agreements - in both English and Japanese.
*Implementation of policies, monitoring, review and reporting on a regular and ad hoc basis.
*Assist with Compliance training for all staff
*Assist with specific Compliance projects and goals as required

必要スキル

*金融業界での5年以上のビジネス経験とアセットマネジメント業界での2、3年以上のコンプライアンスもくしくはリーガル経験
*アセットマネジメントビジネスにおける法律、規制、業界ルールについての知識
*セキュリティに関する知識
*オフショアファンド取り扱いの経験があると尚可
*日本語・英語力が非常に高い
*コンピュータースキル、エクセル・ワードを含む
