Managing HR/administration activities of this company and its subsidiaries (Seviser and SPC’s)


・Implements standard rules of employment, compensation rules, and retirement compensation rule that are in compliance with regulations to subsidiaries.
・Implement standard HR practices such as Standard of Conduct and 360 degree evaluation to subsidiaries.
・Implements trainings for SPC employees for their professional development as well as legal compliance enhancementlAssists due diligence of candidate companies for acquisition in terms of HR and general administration issues
・Facilitates other general administrative activities of these companies

Professional skills and experience
5 years experience in Human Resources of following 3 key words:
1. Knowledge of Labor law rules
2. Knowledge of benefit and compensation structure
3. Experience of compensation and social insurance calculationRecruiting and Training experience is preferred but not necessary

Bachelors Degree
