General Manager of Application Management Division（Bank）の求人

The position will serve as the head of application development division of about 50 staff and supporting staff from vendors. The division is responsible for financial application design，development ，maintenance and support. The candidate will take a lead role in managing large-scale development projects ，developing IT development plan to align with business，controlling day to day development and support activities as well as training staff to obtain
required skills and knowledge as application development organization

＜Primary Responsibilities＞
●Manage teams and organization with strong leadership
●Motivate and educate staff
●Oversee projects to be delivered with planned schedule and cost
●Control system quality of projects and existing applications
●Check carefully that all organization activities are compliant to legal and company rules
●Pursue cost efficiency of organization
●Establish effective business relationship with business managers.

●Identifies improvements to existing application architecture.
●Take leadership in internal/external audits
●Prepare management reports for internal IT internal meetings and meetings with exectives
●Streamline SDLC and internal management process

＜Primary Skills＞
●Strong leadership to manage organization with more than 50 staff
●Minimum 1Oyear hands-on experience of developing financial applications
●Experience as a project manager of large application development projects.
●Minimum 5 year experience of managing Application Development organization
●Strong communication skill with technology staff on technical agenda.
●Strong communication skill with business users on financial business agenda.
●Basic knowledge of ITIL and FISC
●Experience designing application architecture for a financial institution
●Japanese Banking business knowledge
●Japanese communication skill (mandatory)
●Business level English communication skill.
