【仕事内容]
・製造業のお客様のプライベート及びパブリッククラウド基盤チームにて、共通インフラとしてのLinux関連製品導入、運用をプライムベンダーとして提案〜実装〜維持管理まで技術面でリードします。（プロジェクト管理の社員PMは別にいます）

クラウド基盤チームの業務は以下の通り
・お客様環境内に共通基盤としてのプライベートおよびパブリッククラウドサービスを導入し、お客様内の円滑なコミュニケーションを支援します。
お客様内の各種クラウド関連プロジェクトにおいて、当社のPMと協力して以下の対応を実施します。
　　- 導入スケジュール調整・工数見積
　　‐ お客様基礎検討支援（概念設計書作成、プロジェクト計画書作成の支援）
　　- 基本設計、詳細設計、テスト・運用・移行計画および設計
　　- テクニカルドキュメントの作成
　　- 導入
　　- テスト実施、ユーザテスト支援
　　- 移行作業
- データベースに対する実績分析およびチューニングの実施
　　- 運用チームへの引継ぎ

【仕事内容]

【Responsibilities】
・Good understanding in ServiceNow Development - Should be able to convey the Capabilities of ServiceNow, & call out feature feasibility for architecture, Design discussions etc
・Should have hands on experience in Core ITSM modules and integrations
・Should have good understanding of REST API and web services.
・Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow tool platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
・Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users.
・Applies innovative technology to business processes in order to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues
・Consults with Process and Business Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in ServiceNow
・Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager
・Advises on options, risk and impacts on business/ITIL processes
・Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

【仕事内容】
某商社およびグループ企業に対して、Microsoft365(AzureAD,Intune)やWindowsOS,ActiveDirectory、その他クラウドを活用し、PCおよびモバイル端末へエンドポイントセキュリティサービスを提供している顧客業務を実施いただきます。顧客との折衝や新規施策の受入を実施し、Team Leaderとしてグループ管理、技術面のリードを実施いただきます。

　　- プロジェクトプラン策定（スケジュール、見積り、提案）
　　- 依頼業務の振り分け、要件確定、タスクへの落とし込み
　　- インフラ管理運用(定例業務・非定例業務)
　　- 変更管理・課題進捗管理・品質管理
　　- ドキュメントレビューや顧客折衝含めた運用引継ぎ

【仕事内容】
顧客IT部門にて、ITインフラストラクチャ(主にNetwork, Server, Storage, Network等)の保守運用、導入サポート及び管理業務、並びにITインフラストラクチャプロジェクトのチームメンバーとしての支援、内容次第ではリード、マネージメントを行います。
本業務は、作業調整や指示役として従事いただくことも想定しています。
また、顧客IT部門はグローバル組織に属しているため、及び顧客には海外の方も多くいらっしゃるため、英語での対応を行います。更に業務の一部として、英語ドキュメントの日本語化、日本語ドキュメントの英語化、及び日英版の資料作成も行う必要があります。

顧客ITインフラ関連の各種プロジェクトを複数経験することにより、海外とのチームと連携するインフラ関連のプロジェクトリーダー、プロジェクトマネージャーや、顧客内のIT部門の立場で各種業務を経験できることより、アカウントマネージャーやデリバリーマネージャーを目指すことが出来ます。

【仕事内容】
お客様クラウドシステム利用者へのサービスデスク業務
・チケッティングシステム（Servicenow）を介した、利用者との以下コミュニケーション
　クラウド事前相談/クラウド利用申請/問合せ 他
・ステークホルダ(技術メンバー、グローバル管理者）へのエスカレーション
・手順ベースのオペレーション
　アカウント作成/サブスクリプション登録/ロール割当と変更/アドレスの払い出し
・お客様の運用管理資料作成の支援
・各種ガイドの更新
・サービス品質の測定
・運用ルールの作成・改善

・SIEMに関する技術リードとして、大手グローバル企業向けのセキュリティ強化プロジェクトにて、提案・案件獲得から要件定義、設計、構築/導入、運用サービスまでをリードします。
・チームメンバーのサポートや育成、メンタリングなど、チームリードとしての役割も担います。
・将来的には当社の他プロジェクトとワンチームで行う総合的なプロジェクトなど、様々なプロジェクトに参画いただく可能性があります。

【仕事内容】
・新規お客さまの発掘と案件の創出、提案・受注活動。
・さまざまな業種業態のお客さまの異なる課題や要望に対して、受注するために戦略的なアプローチを考え、提案をリードする役割。
・営業、デリバリーチーム、マーケティング、アライアンスなどと連携し、提案書作成およびお客さまへのプレゼンテーションを行う。
・お客さまのインド訪問のアテンドや海外で行われるお客さまとの提案ワークショップにも参加
・その他、営業活動一般
