- Responsible for insuring the day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of the enterprise voice communications network. This includes the installation, maintenance, and management of all voice equipment such as voice servers, gateways, PBX switches, phones, circuits, wiring, servers, backup systems, voice network management and diagnostic tools, etc. - Answerable for planning and implementing enterprise unified communications-based projects. - Accountable for mentoring and training of lower level voice network engineers and technicians. - In control of designing and developing cisco unified communication architectural enhancements, troubleshoot unified communication issues, create functional and technical design documentation and establish standards to correspond to engineering specifications and industry best practices. - Partners with vendors, clients, carriers and technical staff on VoIP implementation, optimization, security and ongoing management. This includes but is not limited to troubleshooting infrastructure and services counting. - Safeguarding overall technical capabilities, stability and performance. - Offer direction, recommendations, design and implementation for VoIP enhancements. - Produce and maintain all necessary technical documentation. Guarantee all work activity is accurately documented in our tracking systems. - Observe the design, programming and application standards as setup by the company. - Bridge role between the Application teams and the IT Infrastructure support teams - Coordination with either teams during any Application or Infrastructure Maintenances - Develop and maintain documentation depicting the Infrastructure setup for the applications - Provide work direction and leadership to assigned project teams, including scheduling, assignment of work and review of project efforts. - Proactively monitor project plans (milestones and critical path dates), identifying and resolving issues and assessing variances. - Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with IT Infrastructure Support teams, vendors and key stakeholders. - Work with all levels of staff and management to communicate maintenance progress and results.

This includes all network environments within the managed platforms across multiple data centres. - Management and maintenance of Internet facing network devices and address space on platforms - Management of technical developments of operational importance and participation in developing or setting standards as directed. - To work with partners to ensure that their networks are configured and maintained to support the levels of availability required. - To work with the architecture, infrastructure engineering and delivery teams to ensure that the network infrastructure remains current, performs to standard and is well understood.

●Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Microsoft Cloud: Will work jointly with the MBU Geography Head across all three Microsoft Clouds- Digital Workplace, Azure and Dynamics 365. 2. Organization Management / Ownership: Will centrally own all MBU related deliveries and will work across Our Company in Japan and MBU Global teams to build the necessary delivery structures in a localized or hybrid model as per the customer requirement. He will be the single owner across the MBU onsite, offshore and expat delivery members. 3. Revenue: The Delivery lead will be responsible to deliver the revenues as committed to the management every quarter. He will be responsible to build and drive the delivery and project milestones to achieve the same. 4. Team Development: Will own the MBU Japan delivery team. The lead will contribute to expanding the team by hiring new members. He will also contribute to development of existing members by training locally or through global programs. 5. Program Management: Work with multiple project managers to manage the QCD of each project. Also, For priority customers, Will also participate in strengthening relationships with customer stakeholders. Proposal Support: Participate in activities to improve the quality of proposals in collaboration with the pre-sales and CoE teams. 6.
