Execution Services Operations is in charge of wholesale Equity Business support as Middle Office function. Main products are Japanese Equity Cash, Listed Derivatives, Equity Financing.

Responsibilities:
・Work and liaise with Front Office, Business Managers, Finance, Compliance and IT team to support the existing business as well as any new business
・Understand the significance and priority of the internal and external clients, and provide professional level of support to them.
・Understand the system flow and perform the trade, position, and cash reconciliation between the systems
・Manage daily, weekly, monthly regulatory reportings to exchanges and regulators within the deadlines

Execution Services Operations　はホールセール株式ビジネスのミドルオフィスとして主に日本株、上場派生商品、エクィティファイナンス商品をサポートします。
＜職務＞
営業チーム、ビジネスマネージャー、財務、コンプラ、ＩＴと連携して既存のビジネスと新規ビジネス双方のサポート担当。
グループ内外の顧客のプライオリティを理解して専門家としてのサポートを提供する。
グループ内システムフロー全体を把握して取引、約定、預かり現金移動の実行、管理を担当。
取引所、当局への日、毎、月次ベースの報告書を各締め切りまでに提出

・Native level Japanese and Business level English
・Minimum 3 years working experiences and 1-3 years experiences in middle office/operation preferred
・A self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented person that constantly takes initiatives in any given circumstances, and strong desire to learn more about the financial services industry
・Team player and excellent interpersonal and communication skill
・Multi-task player who can work efficiently and patiently under any given pressure
・Ability to quickly learn new workflows / systems
・Knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Microsoft Excel

日本語　ネイティブ　＆　英語　ビジネスレベル
社会人3年目以上で　ミドル、オペレーション実務経験1年以上が望ましい
