●This company formed the new Global Investment Management (GIM) division in 2008, which has long been one of the world’s largest real estate investors with its own money, is now investing third-party capital via private debt and equity strategies, separate accounts, joint ventures and club deals. The Director will be responsible for market segmentation, research, coordinating global presentations, providing analytical support for SalesLogix and Yardi, financial modeling and analys
●Coordinate clear & concise internal and external RE investment management presentations in a cross-functional environment on a global scale
Work with Managing Director on fundraising activities, including coordinating & participating in investor meetings, managing follow-up data requests, and communicating strategies (including returns and cash flows projections)
Provide analytical support for SalesLogix (CRM tool) and Yardi (investor reporting tool)
Identify and analyze trends within real estate and the RE investment management industry
Research competitors and competitive offerings in the Asia Pacific region
Support the GIM Asia Pacific leadership team in evaluating, structuring, and launching new product opportunities
Actively participate in drafting of PPMs (private placement memorandums) related to investment vehicles
Respond to stakeholder requests (RFPs, DDQs, ad hoc requests, etc.)

必要スキル
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of financial services experience
Minimum 2 years of Real Estate experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Investor Relations
Proficiency with credit/financial principles and financial analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and execute with cross-functional teams
Eligibility Requirements:
You MUST have unrestricted authorization to work in Japan
You must be willing to work out of an office in Tokyo, Japan
You must be able to travel up to 50% across the Asia-Pacific region
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related discipline strongly desired; Graduate degree preferred
Strong analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills; previous experience developing presentation materials to outside to customers, third parties and internal leadership
Fluent in English, Japanese and/or Mandarin
Prior Commercial Real Estate experience in areas of business development, sales/originations, lending, financing, underwriting or valuation
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities while staying focused and meeting deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
Results focused with the ability to work and learn independently
Demonstrated project management skills: well organized, detailed oriented, an ability to multitask
Strong relationship building skills, including teaming and influencing
Minimum 2 years of Real Estate experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Investor Relations
