< Responsibilities>
To be responsible for Control of Day-to-day Trade Finance Services Operations
・Implement departments’ Strategies Goals and changes in order to enhance the departments performance and services quality;
To standardize processes and procedures in order to establish centers of excellence;
To identify , to report and to fix any operational risks in order to comply with Group policies & procedures as well as with local regulations and market practices;
To lead and to ensure a set of customer driven measurements targeting a continuous improvement in leading/meeting customer expectations;
To identify and to provide advices enabling technologies and tools for the effective delivery of Trade Operations;
To follow-up & to solve day-to-day operational issues with clients and Sales/ Relationship Managers;
To interface with key stakeholders and business partners to ensure full engagement and value added participation of service delivery in meeting overall business goals and objectives

<Knowledge skills and experience>
Solid Experience in Trade Operations with a minimum of 3-5 years experience is required
Good management skill: eager to lead and motivate the team to achieve department goals, Willingness and ability to adapt, to delegate wisely and to work through others
Project management experience is ideal
Strong interpersonal, with excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong change management, analytical, problem-solving and operational skills. Ability to evaluate re-engineering options and identify the best solution.
Through understanding of international trade and shipping practice, understanding of the supporting legal framework.
All round banking knowledge of other areas which interrelate with Trade Finance, and of Wholesale Bank operations strategy and objectives
Excellent understanding of Service Quality principles
Prompt decision making required to protect customer and Bank interests
Proficiency in Japanese & English (spoken & written) is mandatory
