As an Operations Support, our main goal is to help and cooperate to mitigate our initial investigation to accelerate our escalation so that we can recover the incident as quick as possible. To mitigate detecting the incident, we can make dashboards, automation for risks might happen in manual monitoring.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Experience with telecom industry with wireless networks, architecture, and RAN/Core protocols.
Experience in troubleshooting the issues in commercial networks.
Software development and programming skills are desirable.
Critical thinking to fulfil the needed requirements.
Risk management to fulfil the needed requirements.
Time-management, Decision-making.
Team-oriented personality.


Responsibilities
Candidate should be able to perform below mentioned responsibilities efficiently
Suggest solutions based on available tools/suggest new tools
Propose/Identify potential issue in our monitoring and make the improvement by making dashboards or automate the monitoring
Adding innovative ideas, methods on existing monitoring
Supporting the solution with related monitoring team for mitigation
