・Drive strategic planning in partnership with head of department and their leadership team, developing objectives and defining performance metrics to monitor progress against plan
・Oversee technology group wide financials liaising with relevant business managers in business units such as Corporate Technology, Group Infrastructure and Wholesale IT
・Establish working relationship with key internal stakeholders such as members in the IT management team, sub business unit heads, project managers, hiring office and human resources
・Develop workforce plan inclusive of appropriate resource mix and location strategy, tracking headcount and recruitment pipeline in line with established targets

弊社グローバル・マーケッツ・インフォメーション・テクノロジー部のJapan FIC Rates IT チームでの開発者ポジションの募集になります。日本国内の債券ビジネスに関する、プライシング、Position、PnL、リスクとトレーディングシステムの開発と管理を担っていただきます。

意欲的なバックエンド開発者でJava、Unix、Shell、Databaseに強みを持ち、Fixed Income（特に債券）の知識を持っている方を求めています。本ポジションでは主に旧システムの更改や廃止に携わって頂き、複数の既存アプリケーションも管理頂くことになります。C/C++の経験はプラスになります。

●Responsibilities
・債券系アプリケーションの開発・廃止案件・代替システムのコーディングに携わって頂きます。移行・更改案件時のテストや本番移行にも携わって頂きます。

・Contribute to the development, maintenance, and infrastructure migration of Japan domestic applications, and take responsibility for testing and rollout of these migration/rewrite projects.
・Interact with the business (Fixed income Trading), other technology teams, as well as other corporate departments such as PC, Finance, Compliance, to understand their issues and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
・Provide 2nd and 3rd level production support for Japan domestic apps for managing position and risk, and contribute to the delivery of enhancement requests raised by users on these applications.
・Conduct impact analysis and implement market changes, regulatory changes across legacy apps.

Japan Operations Risk and Control ensures operations management and business functions to set up, maintain, and follow the control framework and standards by providing its subject matter expertise. The RC team also assists business in audit, inspection, and risk management activities by, often times, liaising with internal/external risk counterparts such as auditor, compliance, risk management, and regulators. Some tasks are cross-departmental/cross-regional. Recent examples include control self-assessment enhancement, end-user-computing policy documentation, and revamp of global key risk indicators. We have a team of six including manager. Where applicable, one can opt to work from home 60% of her/his working days per month at a maximum.

financials of each asset in order to maximize its return on investment on a medium-term basis
with the Head of Asset Management, while dealing with issues relevant with PV facilities with
the company O&M (CSO&M), third party O&M companies (OM) the sponsor (CSP), third
party property managers (PM) and vendors

The Group Infrastructure Services (GIS) department is responsible for the implementation, deployment and support of technology infrastructure services including private and public cloud, desktops, messaging and collaboration tools, voice communications, mobile, multimedia, data centres and networks across our Group companies.
Within GIS, the Workspace Services team is looking for a Collaboration and Messaging Services technical support engineer who will provide Asia-wide coverage of a rich product set on behalf of our internal client base of over 25,000 people.
Reporting to the Japan-based VP in charge of Collaboration and Messaging Services, this role includes detailed planning and execution of new product deployments, version upgrades, security enhancements and the decommission of obsolete components. 現在、投資銀行部門向けに様々なプロジェクト・システムがあり、その一つとしてSalesforceを導入し、業務生産性向上を図っています。投資銀行業務とは、企業価値の増大につながるよう、適切な投資の実行やリスク開示、資金調達手段等を企業にアドバイスする業務であり、厳格な情報管理が求められるのが特徴です。
入社後はSalesforce関連のプロジェクトマネージャーまたはビジネスアナリストとして参画いただき、プロジェクトのデリバリーに携わっていただきます。また、プロダクションサポートチームと協業しながら、ユーザーサポートや障害対応も行っていただきます。
その後、ローテーションの一環で投資銀行部門向け以外に様々な部門向けのプロジェクトにもPM/BAとして参画いただき活動の幅を広げていただく可能性もあります。
SalesforceがSaaSである、その意義を理解して必要な分だけの開発を行い、すでに存在するものについてはなるべく活用する必要があります。ノーコード・ローコード開発も行います。
Salesforce開発の特徴から、開発とBAの垣根が従来ほどしっかりあるわけではないので、BAとして入りながらもBAの知識を活かした開発業務にもチャレンジしたい方も是非ご応募ください。

2005年にメガバンクのお客さまのシステム統合プロジェクトを支援するために始まり、その後、お客様の基盤系部署における技術支援を拡大してきた案件。当該ラインは、Microsoft社のクラウドサービス（M365）を銀行内に提供する部門であり、当ラインのファーストベンダーとして開発・運用を弊社でになっている状況。
