仕事内容

Opportunities currently exist in our Tokyo Investment Management team for an Asset Manager. Reporting to the Country Manager, the Asset Manager will be responsible for maximising the performance through the portfolio management of assets from pre-acquisition phase through to disposition. Key responsibilities involve driving property performance through rental and capital value of assets and identification of value enhancement opportunities for assets.

必要スキル

●Have demonstrated experience in the management of a major asset or substantial asset portfolio, and a track record in asset acquisition and disposal.
●Fluent English and Japanese language skills are essential.
