仕事内容
Key Responsibilities:
Handle offshore settlements for Japanese Equities and CBs by ensuring instructions are matched and settled with counterparts.
Manage unmatched instructions and fails by monitoring exceptions and timely escalation to relevant middle office, counterparts in overseas branches.
Arrange for stock borrowings for offshore clients’ short position and fail cover.
Handle settlement-related various queries from internal clients.
Conduct UAT for internal system enhancements / market changes.
Continually review existing daily process and improve procedures to mitigate operational risks.
Handle offshore settlements for Japanese Equities and CBs by ensuring instructions are matched and settled with counterparts.

必要スキル
A hard working individual who is interested in further career development as well as advancement.
Minimum 2 years experience in Cash Equity Settlement and / or JGB settlement environment preferred but not mandatory.
A self-motivated person with a strong attention to details.
Excellent inter-personal skills.
Ability to quickly learn new systems, along with strong analytic skills to adapt to a continuously evolving system and work-flow environment.
A good knowledge of Microsoft applications - i. e. Excel, PowerPoint.
Language: Japanese and English are essential
