仕事内容

●同社および同社グループ企業が入居するオフィスでファシリティーの業務全般を担当していただきます。 (オフィス範囲:250,000 square feet over 12 floors)

・Handle all daily facilities management operations, such as moves, adds, changes and layout changes.
・Develop and communicate all necessary reporting and documentation following this company policies and commercial building standards.
・Administer, monitor and optimize performance of outsourced suppliers for daily facility.
・Space and database management for office space usage, occupancy ratios, department allocation using various management tools/software.
・Implement and/or manage Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Security/Crisis Management programs.
・Ensure delivery of a high quality service from self and team.
・Manage relationships between clients, CP&SO and other service departments (IT, Vendors, Contractors and Accounts Payable), including vendor negotiation.
・Participate in teams as part of work planning, meeting management, decision making, etc. Manage renovation projects as required.
・Utilize Six Sigma/LEAN to improve internal and outsourced performance of daily operations.
・Lead supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPI) measurements.

必要スキル

●University degree in facility management, architecture or related field with 3+ years of practical experience in facility management and/or facilities operations
●Knowledge of EHS programs
●Fluent reading and writing in Japanese and English
●Ability to work autonomously - self starter
●Proven organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
●Customer service oriented
●Familiarity with bid evaluation, purchasing and accounting principles
●Proficient in Microsoft office products, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
