|職種||Business Development Marketing Asia Pacific|
・Support development of a pan regional marketing program with a first priority to North Asia (Japan, Korea and China).
・Capitalize on the critical mass of investable products listed in North Asia by creating and executing new promotional activities that cements our leadership and align with domestic-based partners.
・Promote local language communications in North Asia in, particular for PR activity.
・Free the regional director’s time to focus on key strategic projects
・Develop and lead pan regional marketing activities in North Asia (with a first priority for Japan) including execution of country-specific programs - events, webinars and eDM campaigns - that support business objectives
・Provide marketing support to marketing and sales teams to increase key licensee partner program activities.
・Establish sustainable relationships with key local partners and external vendors throughout the region in an effort to build product awareness, generate leads and build profile for this company indices brand
・Promote local language communications through intensive PR activity
・Developing collateral and other communications (including press materials) necessary to promote index products in North Asia
OTHER REQUIRED ACCOUNTABILITIES:
・Work collaboratively within a matrix organization with Asia, US and European-based colleagues.
・Budget management and negotiation with vendors.
|必要スキル||・Excellent written and verbal communication skills
・Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and oral). Proficiency in other languages such as Korean would be an advantage
・Ability to think strategically, communicate effectively and execute proactively
・Results driven and customer focused with a proven track record of success in projects undertaken
・Strong financial services knowledge and experience working in Japan and across the Asia Pacific region preferred
・Experience working within multinational corporations with a sensitivity to cultures and practices
・Willingness to participate in conference calls with overseas colleagues after regular business operating hours
・Willingness to travel within Asia and overseas as required
・A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in the financial services industry. 7+ years creating and managing to detailed marketing programs and budgets, creative problem solving, expedient follow-up, display of leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A strong ability to work closely with various cross-functional groups.
・Experience with online, database, and interactive marketing as well as in classic marketing.
・Must have a strong understanding of the financial information services space and remain linked into market leaders and trends. Solid understanding of the delivery of information through multiple media. Knowledge and experience in financial product sales, project management and/or product development/management a plus.
・Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and presentation skills.
・Bachelor’s degree required with an emphasis in marketing, finance, business management, information systems or communications a plus; advanced degree (MBA/MS) a plus.
・Excellent computer literacy a must including Microsoft Office skills (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
・Additional experience and skills to include: collaborating with professional level staff positions; creating and controlling marketing budgets; strategic planning; strong ability to work with senior management in developing, organizing and implementing strategic marketing objectives and tactical plans; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
