●Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who will sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of our offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

Your primary responsibilities include:
・Participate in and lead development projects using HR cloud solutions such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Cornerstone, Company, etc. This includes activities such as planning, requirement definition, design, development, implementation, post-implementation operational support, and BPO support.
・Contribute to the creation of a global standardization promotion system and roadmap, provide support for product selection, and facilitate the fit-gap analysis between the client’s business and the application. You will propose a variety of solutions from upstream to downstream to clients in the telecommunications and media industries.

入社後は、SAPの経験者、未経験者に関わらず、SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edtion 未経験の方には、SAP導入コンサルタント向け学習リソースを利用して学習を行って頂きます。
学習期間中は、経験豊富な先輩社員が学習、及びSAP認定資格取得においてのサポートします。

学習終了後には、得意な領域のSAP導入コンサルタントのリーダー、またはメンバーのポジションで
プロジェクトに参加頂き、導入手法の経験を積んで頂きます。
その後、プロジェクトマネージャー、リーダー、PMOに興味のある方には、その道に進んで頂きます。

勤務地にとらわれず就業が継続できる新しい働き方のひとつとして、遠隔地勤務制度を導入しています。
業務内容は通常勤務とほぼ変わりありません。
基本的にご自宅でのフルリモート勤務ですが、グループチャットや社内ツールを活用し、積極的にコミュニケーションをとっています。
どの部署も風通しが良く、相互尊重しながら日々業務に取り組んでいます。
なお現在募集中の部署は以下のとおりです。
開発：EC、ERP、OBPM
営業：EC（インサイドセールス担当）

【業務内容】
ITコンサルタントへステップアップできます！
中堅・成長企業向けの新しいSAP Public Cloudの導入プロジェクトにおける業務をおまかせします。
（プロジェクトマネージャー、リーダー、PMO業務、導入コンサルタント）

SAPのクラウド導入アプローチはこれまでのFit＆GapではなくFit to Standardです。
これまで”ご注文はなんですか？”から”私たちがガイドします！”に大きく導入手法も変革します。

まずはSAP S/4HANA Cloudをどう使うか？どう導入・運用するか？を確立された学習で、
認定コンサルタントの資格取得を目指していただきます。
（会計、生産、調達、販売など）
