●仕事内容
AI活用案件の提案活動：

お客様の課題を丁寧にヒアリングし、AIを活用した解決策を策定。効果的な提案書の作成からプレゼンテーションまでを一貫して担当します。
AI導入プロジェクトの推進：

Azure Open AI ServiceなどのクラウドAIサービスや、自社AIモデル、BIツールなどを活用したシステム開発・導入プロジェクトを成功に導きます。
プロジェクトマネジメント・チームリード：

リーダー候補として、AI導入プロジェクトのマネジメントや、チームメンバーへの技術指導・育成などをお任せします。
システムサポート：

導入後のサポートを通じて、お客様のさらなるDX推進を支援します。

AWS・Microsoft Azure・SaaSを使った導入事例の外部発信をいただきながらクラウド技術の最先端に触れながら活躍いただけます。

防衛省（陸海空の各自衛隊）向けの無線通信システムの製造事業における設計・製造の管理及び当該製品の現地適用に向けた現地での顧客支援作業をしていただきます。
入社いただけた暁には、機能更新の提案（ニーズ確認・システムコンセプト提案、実現方式検討等）、受注後の開発管理（設計・製造・試験）、顧客調整について、技術メンバー（10名以下）を率い実施いただきます。
その後、顧客の現地支援作業として、適用する無線通信システムの説明、現地設置された製品での試験実施、防衛省及び米国機関との調整対応をいただきます。
この際、技術メンバのマネジメント（作業計画立案・更新、各種課題への対応等）、国内外のベンダーとの技術的な連携調整及び品質や作業効率化対応を行っていただきます。

・提案や報告では、顧客企業の経営者やCIO、事業責任者、IT部門長等がカウンターになります

＜主な業務＞
顧客の業務・マネジメントの改革の方向性やその具体化に向けた施策を、組織・業務プロセス・IT等の観点から企画立案します。半年〜1年程度のプロジェクトに、大規模プロジェクトのテーマリーダーや中小規模プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネージャーとして参画し、顧客との共創、検討会の準備・リード・合意形成および関連するドキュメント作成やプレゼンテーションを行います。
