仕事内容

・ Ensure accurate and timely quarterly close and meet all financial reporting related to Investment Accounting
・Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts and document business transactions.
・ Prepare accounting　policy memorandam for new accounting event.
・ Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
・Successfully manage projects of new trades
・Implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures taken over from Home Office
・Resolve accounting descrepancy, develop and maintain financial databases and Analyze account trends and variances between periods for reasonableness of accounts.

必要スキル

【Experience】
More than 5 years experience in Financial institution (including audit firm)

【Skills】
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excell and Access) is a must
Excellent analytical and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

【Qualifications】
University Degree (CPA is plus)

【Language】
Native Japanese or equivalent
Business level English is a must

【Personality】
Self starter, Team player, Good communication skill, Ability to deliver on tight deadline, Sense of responsibility, urgency, and commitment
