As an Analyst /Associate in the Asset Management team, this position will manage investments in renewable energy power plants.

The main responsibilities will included but are not limited to:
●Asset management of the renewable energy portfolio in Japan
●Management and oversight of external vendors
●Manage relationship with Operating Partners in select joint ventures
●Prepare quarterly asset and equity valuations for internal and external reporting
●Underwriting of potential new alternative energy deals
●Manage on-going lender related activities (e.g. covenant analysis, reserve and draw fundings, recourse exposure analysis and lender reporting)
●Assist in preparation of hold, sell and recapitalization scenarios to maximize returns
●Provide services including fund and investor reporting, debt compliance, asset performance monitoring, investment structuring and cash management

＜Basic Qualifications＞
●Bachelor degree
●Minimum 5 years of real estate or structured finance experience
●Native of fluent level in Japanese
●Fluent level in English
●Strong analytical, organization and project management skills
●Excellent skills in Excel/Word/PowerPoint
●Effective communication skills

＜Preferred Qualifications＞
●Asset management experience in real estate or structured finance
●Understanding of basic corporate finance (NPV, IRR, etc.)
