・決定報告書の作成、決裁管理、経営陣、社内ユーザー、顧客とのコミュニケーション
・プロジェクトにてお問い合わせやエスカレーション対応
・システム不具合対応、改善要望
・他ベンダー作業の検収、会議参加、内容の展開
・ベンダー調整（ライセンス管理：ライセンスファイル入手、適用計画など）、更新要否検討、見積取得、社内稟議、解約、台帳管理、移設、継続経費の確認、削減検討
・国内、海外拠点から費用回収：回収計画、金額の計算、拠点説明・合意、社内稟議

・Preparing decision reports, managing decisions and communicating with management, internal users and customers
・Respond to inquiries and escalations in projects
・Respond to system problems and requests for improvements
・Acceptance of other vendors’ work, participation in meetings and deployment of content
・Vendor coordination (license management: obtaining license files, application plans, etc.), reviewing renewal needs, obtaining quotations, internal approval, cancellation, ledger management, relocation, confirmation of ongoing costs, reviewing reductions
・Cost recovery from domestic and overseas offices: recovery plan, calculation of amount, explanation and agreement at offices, internal approval

・グローバル・プロジェクト管理の経験がある。
・体系的、ロジカルに考え、行動（書面化、プレゼンテーション、プロジェクト化）できる方。
・バイリンガルスキル (日本語 & 英語)。英語による社内外コミュニケーションが頻繁に発生します。

Minimum Requirements：

・Have experience in global project management
・Capable of thinking/acting systematically and logically (documentation, presentation, and project enablement)
・Bilingual language skills required (Japanese & English). English is frequently required in internal/external communications.
