仕事内容
●Manage and maintain Executive’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
●Arrange and coordinate meetings, conference calls and events
●Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
●Conduct research, collect / analyze data to prepare reports and documents
●Prepare presentations and marketing materials
●Interact with internal staff at all levels
●Coordinate project-based work
●Maintain the contact list, files and documents
●Interact with external clients and coordinate meetings
●Review operation practices and implement improvements where necessary

必要スキル
【ROLE REQUIREMENTS】
●At least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in financial industry
●Proficient computer skill and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS office (Excel, Word, PPT)
●High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
●Outstanding attention to detail
●Ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly
●Proactive and ability to work independent at certain extent with some directions
●Ability to effectively cooperate with other members
●Excellent organizational skills with ability to priorities effectively
●Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and English
