3.ERM and Solvency II
　- Enterprise Risk Management
　- ORSA (Own Risk and Solvency Assessment) reporting
　- Solvency II reporting (mainly in Pillar 2)
4.Investment risk and P&C insurance risk (depending on skills)

【QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED】
●General Office Skills
　- MS Office skill (Excel, Word, PPT, and so on)
●Technical Skills
　- Operational risk and internal control
　- Good understanding of general insurance in Japan
　- Good reporting skills
　- Good understanding of financial metrics
　- Languages: Fluent in Japanese and English both spoken and written
　- Not necessarily an actuary, but it is a plus
●Interpersonal Skills
　- Good communication skill with internal and external party
　- Good Team management, and work in team
　- Flexibility and appetite to learn
　- Ability to think out of box
　- Ability to grasp the key elements even in complicated situation
　- Results focused
●Qualifications
　- University degree
●Experience
　- Working experience at financial institutions (especially at general insurance) in Japan over 5 years

　- 保険数理にかかる資格や知識があると、なお可
