<Objective>
We are looking for a qualified Head of Digital marketing to take the lead in our developing successful and long-term digital marketing strategies.
As a digital head you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion or digital technologies. You will work closely with different marketing teams of JP, Asia Pacific and Global to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels and will manage a team of digital marketers in Japan to ensure delivery.
You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build a strong company web presence and to facilitate online demand across all our business lines.
Furthermore, you will work closely with our IT department and will run data and client centric programs, putting technology at the forefront of our service offering.
Head of Digital Marketing must be a good evangelist of digital marketing to all key stakeholders to drive digitalizing marketing activities with solid digital B2B marketing knowledge and experience.
<Accountabilities>
Build and lead our digital roadmap and digital strategy
Manage all digital marketing projects, channels and campaigns including corporate web, SEM, SEO, marketing database, email, Social Media, Display ad, etc,.
Measure ROI, define KPIs and prepare budge
Develop client centric campaigns to create and maintain high levels of
interaction and engagement
Evangelist of our digital marketing with strong communication skill with all marketing team and all stakeholders
Leverage analytics and analyze clients’ behavior to help sales identify new business opportunities
Liaise with marketers to increase client satisfaction and content relevance through cohesive strategies
Collaborate with IT on technology projects, app and internal program developments
Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals
Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments and trends
Deeply understand the framework of lead generation and able to drive
lead generation marketing, promote and deliver innovative online strategies

必要スキル
● 10+ years of digital marketing experience (B2B preferred)
● Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns and strategies
● Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
● Very strong project management skills. Able to work with team and work with key stakeholder such as head of marketing, marketing team members, business leaders, other countries’ counter parts.
● Manage multiple projects concurrently.
● Very strong communication skill as a digital marketing evangelist.
Ability to communicate directly with peers and managers, while leading development to a completed and successful solution
● Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Marketing Automation and CRM software
● Familiarity with web design
● Strong analytics background (Marketing ROI)
● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
● Strong communication and writing skills in Japanese and English both; High English communication level able to discuss with Japanese business leaders and AP business leaders
● Have BSc/MSc and MBA preferred in digital technologies, marketing, business or related field
● Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns and strategies
