Migration Services team is recruiting a Solutions Architect to assist with helping customers plan large scale migrations to the cloud by developing financial assessments that address customer objectives using our Migration Evaluator. Migration Evaluator, formerly TSO Logic, delivers accurate data-driven recommendations to right-size and right-cost compute - with more features being developed. In this role, you will oversee your region for all assessments to ensure top quality results are being presented to our customers. You will support enabled our fields teams and our Partners as they develop their own assessments using Migration Evaluator. You will work with the customer, our account teams, delivery team, our Partners, and senior leadership to develop and operate our enablement programs to train our field teams and our Partner teams to leverage Migration Evaluator. Our service is used by customers, partners, and internal our teams on a global basis

●Key roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

・Work closely with customers and internal teams to schedule and deliver successful software implementations
・Perform the implementation and data configuration
・Troubleshoot and solve implementation challenges
・Articulate assessment results and analyses to customers and internal stakeholders
・In-depth understanding of our product at a functional and technical level
・Listening to, and using customer feedback to drive product innovation
・Providing demos, workshops, and sales support as needed
・Assist in developing and ongoing improvement of enablement programs for our Field and our Partners
・Mentoring new team members
・Contributing to global or local SA initiatives to develop and share best practices to help scale the organization

●Basic Qualifications
・Certificate or Degree in one of the following fields or related fields - Information Technology, Data Analytics, Infrastructure Systems, Computer Science
・Practical knowledge of computer software, hardware and networks
・Experience interacting with and presenting to customers or internal teams
・Experience speaking to financial aspects of on-premises and our infrastructure
・2+ years of experience in Solutions Architect or technical advisory role with similar type experience
・Native-level Japanese both in written and verbal communication, and business-level English skill required

●Preferred Qualifications
・Familiarity with data center and/or cloud infrastructure management
・Familiarity with licensing models and strategies for Windows and SQL, Oracle, Linux
・Familiarity with our architecture (S3, EC2, etc.) or our Certified SA Professional
・Communicates effectively with diverse customers and audiences, across multiple disciplines
・Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to a business audience
・Ability to work under self-direction and strong project management skills
