Key priorities of the role include:


o Develop, improve, and sustain creation and formalization of sales and business operations
o Lead all aspects of APJ Sector reporting and analysis ensuring timeliness, completeness and accuracy of reporting
o Manage metrics and deliver regular reports on progress against KPIs and status report impact regularly to internal stakeholders.
o Generate performance dashboards that encompass key metrics to be reviewed with senior Sales Directors, VPs, and the WWPS leadership team in order to drive and manage the business
o Coordinate with corporate teams to influence the roadmap for enhanced business intelligence and CRM tools to support the business.
o Develop strong, productive relationships across peer organization that further our business objectives
o Manage complex programs and quick-turn projects while demonstrating exceptional business judgement
o Produce strategic narrative documents for the WWPS leadership team and Executive Leadership
o Constantly innovate and improve programs and program management mechanisms, suggesting new ideas and best practices for improving the business.

●Basic Qualifications
・At least 10+ years of experience in Strategy/Business Operations leadership positions
・At least 5+ years of business writing skills
・BS/BA degree in business, finance or related field
・Track record for managing complex projects with aggressive schedules and scarce resources
・Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations

・Effective English written and verbal communication skills for international meetings/calls
・Fluent Japanese
